After due deliberation and discussion with my partner, I decided to meet with Arij to discuss my grief of loss of my parents. I am glad I met with Arij and sad that I didn’t find her earlier in my life to get the advice to get over the baggage I carried with me over decades.
The three hour session was difficult but constructive.I am tough one to crack through when it comes to sharing emotions. However, Arij was humble, respectful, and non-judgemental, asking questions and making me share my feelings and pain points. Arij listened to my story and helped me to look at the opportunities and positives it brought to my life.
Today, I am a new person, looking at life differently, and enjoying every moment. My family and friends have noticed it. Thanks to them for supporting me through the painful journey, it has been hell for everyone around me.
